Returns and Deliveries
We aim to despatch your order by return of post.
For out of stock items or goods made to specification, please allow up to 28 days. An estimated delivery can be provided upon request.
During peak trading times August - October goods can take a while longer, if you have a specific deadline to meet, please call to discuss. 0161 724 6009
Goods can be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange
Refunds will be given (excluding postage) on goods returned in their original condition, NOT altered or worn.
Shoes must be returned in the original box
Garments which have been embroidered or made to a non-standard specification cannot be returned unless faulty. Personalised goods cannot be returned.
The buyer is responsible for return postage. We recommend you ask for a ‘Proof of Postage’ free of charge from the post office, when returning goods. This covers insurance for up to £27 on lost post.
For more expensive items we recommend returning goods to be signed for or tracked, please ask post office for advice.
We ask for a £3.50 handling fee for exchanges to cover postage, administration and handling of returned goods.
We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in the post when being sent to us. We log all returns upon receipt but during September this may take up to 48 hours.
